Our Trade Aid Guatemalan coffee beans from the Guaya’b Cooperative have a fruity and sweet aroma. The coffee is medium bodied with distinct berry fruit flavours with a touch of plum. The acidity is bright and clear, but not overpowering, very well balanced, lively and satisfying coffee. Small batch roasted daily on our Coffee Tech Solar Roaster.
